The stones are set in the order of (1) oval sapphire, (1) cushion cut diamond, (1) pear cut sapphire, (1) round diamond, (1) marquise sapphire, (1) round diamond, (1) pear cut sapphire, (1) princess cut sapphire, and (1) oval sapphire.
